Delivery

Once we receive confirmation of payment from you, we will dispatch your order and you will receive a notification of purchase. This notification serves as a receipt for your purchase. Ensure that you provide the correct email address for receipt of this notification and that the delivery address is correct.
Should you not receive the notification of purchase from us, please contact us immediately.

Delivery in South Africa:
We offer a standard delivery option to anywhere in South Africa.  This is door-to-door which takes 1 -
6 working days.  We strive for great customer service and quick delivery.

Delivery fee:
* The delivery for each Province will be different.
* For returns or exchanges, the current pricing of the contracted courier service will apply.

Delivery time:
* Forever Kidz endeavors to ensure that your order reaches you on-time. Our orders take 1 to 5 working days but we strive to have it reach you within the quickest possible time.
* For most of our Gauteng deliveries, delivery usually happens within 2 days if there is no delay on the courier's side.
* For urgent deliveries, please contact Forever Kidz directly on foreverkidz6@gmail.com or Call/Whatsapp 0834159761 before placing your order.
 
Pre-orders:
* Orders with pre-order items in them will be shipped once all pre-order items are available for dispatch.
* Estimated pre-order dates are provided at checkout. Sometimes shipment delays can result in your order being dispatched a few days later.
